This book is all aboiut manners and how children should act when going out with there parents. It gives children a different look at a different kind of party that they may go to. Sometimes it may be hard for a child to understand why they have to behave or can't do certain things, and this book does a great job in trying to capture what it's like. In the book, they try to correct the young boy when he misbehaves but in the end when he acts differently by dancing, everyone joins in. I think that it's hard sometimes to know exactly how to act, when you aren't sure of the rules.
